Room was spacious enough and had the amenities you'd need. There are steps in front of the hotel so it made it difficult to carry heavy luggages. The two staff members who sat by the entrance door were very helpful and kind to carry the lugagge for us. Room service was provided daily, if you wanted. If you opted out of room service, the kind ladies still left the free daily water and towels by the door. The offer luggage storage before check in and after check out. The only negative was just the heater. We went during winter so it was cold in the room. The heater took a few hours to heat up when we turned it on ourselves but when the front desk turned it on for us, it warmed up automatically, which was odd.

Great staff but unfortunatly the air conditiner was broken and kept heating the room to 27 degrees. We ended up turning it off for the rest if the trip after they attempted to set the temperature but didnt change the heat.

Hotel is very well located, with easily accessible subway lines, airport limousine bus and multiple bus stops. It's close to the city hall and the Gyeongbokgung palace, and it was a nice walk. One point of concern is that the bathroom doesn't have a wall separating it from the beds, only frosted glass around the shower and the toilet, with only a curtain that divided the two spaces. Since we are travelling as group this was awkward and we had to use the lobby toilets frequently to have some privacy. The beds were confortable and there was actual windows with a very nice view of the city.
