Excellent location, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were very clean and well kept. The Korean food breakfast was unexpectedly good. 2 small detractors: our room was extremely small and the bed was extremely large - it was hard to actually access both sides of the bed given the room's size. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so after a shower the entire room became extremely humid.

The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great.

The location of the hotel is excellent -- a couple of blocks from Insadong, and close to metro stops. Loved the location. Hotel is modern and clean -- has pay laundry machines. My room -- 904 -- was fine --snug, but I was solo so no problem. I think it was normal for Seoul. My only concern was the street noise. The hotel is on a busy street, and so I asked for a quiet room on the side of the building, directly facing an office building -- no view. That was fine with me. But even then, the noise of the street was audible. I couldn't help wondering why such a nice hotel doesn't invest in soundproof windows. Problem solved. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me as I use good earplugs, but my guess is that the rooms on the street could be noisy for light sleepers. I very much liked rhe hotel, especially the location and the price point, and I would probably stay there again.

This hotel is situated in a great place to see many sights. A wonderful shopping district right behind it. Great bed and bedding and the bathroom shower was large enough for my very tall and larger person. we had to leave early for a tour and we asked about coffee, and the staff said she would have it ready for us before our tour left at 6:30 am! GREAT SERVICE

This hotel was located a short walk away from anguk station so take limosine bus 6011 from ICN airport. Everything is only 1/2 hour walking. But subways are near by also.
