I was VERY PLEASED with this hotel. 5 stars. It exceeded my expectations. Quiet room, very conveniently located to several key sights in Seoul, a great buffet breakfast, nice room, and so on. I would stay again in a future visit to Seoul!

The Prima Hotel, Jongno was recently renovated (in 2024?) and everything looked and smelled "fresh". Also very conveniently located whether for walks, bus, subway (Metro) and nany bearby "tourist" attractions.

Great location
Good hotel on a lovely street. Hotel bar shutd early but lots of dining options around. Easy to walk to lots of the main sights but metro close by so very convenient.

The hotel is in a prime location next multiple points of interest. It’s easy to walk around the area, get taxis, buses, and the subway. The room was basic but had everything needed to be comfortable after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they speak English well, and the front desk is 24 hours.

I love the location of the hotel. A lot of places were in walking distance. Front desk was also super helpful and friendly during our stay. They were prompt with our requests and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located! it is near the markets and the Tourist attractions! The train station is about 5 min walk so that was great. The hotel is near lots of restaurants which we appreciated when we were jet-lagged and found a place to eat during wee hours. The streets are safe to walk. The facilty has a self-serve washer,dryer available. We appreciated that since we traveled light and we did 4 countries on this trip so having washer/dryer to pack clean clothes on our way into our next destination is great. We did not have breakfast included in our reservations but it was okay because there are so many restaurants, cafe's. The Prima Hotel Jongno is very good hotel to stay in again on our next visit in Seoul

The location was ideal to walk to hotspots. The breakfast was good, and the staffs were all friendly. We stayed in triple beds and the room was very cramped. Bathroom was too dark for there’s no lights by the sink. Only lights were offered in the bathroom was by the shower. Overall we enjoyed staying there for a whole week!!

Brilliant stay, very clean. Minor issues with safe and toilet but were fixed quickly. Would have been good if more choice of drinks in room and provision of milk and sugar for coffee. Snacks would be a bonus!

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a great little cafe. Lose to a number of palaces and temples. Also close to many restaurants and bars. Easy access to buses and trains. Rooms could do with a little more storage space and clothes hangers; other than that a great place to stay.
