Everything was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing is they don't have a belhop service or luggage carts to help you carry your luggages to your rooms. We had to bring five luggages up to our rooms ourselves. Their beds were a little too firm. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me a bit of discomfort when I've been sleeping on one side for a while.

Everything was good. The only thing was that theh didnt have a bellhop service to help with the luggages. We came in the early morning and we had to lug all our 6 baggages into the room ourselves and they didnt even have any baggage carts.

The hotel is very accessible to everything , very clean , staff are nice and courteous. The only downside in this hotel is they don’t have airconditjoning during winter time and the front desk staff affirmed it , only heater. We turned off the heater as it was hot when it’s ON , we frequently open the window just to get some cool air. Other than that the hotel is very nice, i miss their pillows. I would stay again at this hotel at summer time when the air conditioner is ON.

I really loved the location! There was so much around to do! Room was very clean and great for they stay. Had an issue with the fridge going out which was an issue for my medication. But they fixed it right away when they were informed.

Amazing location, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, many opción around to have breakfast for less that haft price that hotel offers Small but comfortable room, I booked deluxe twin in order to get more space, nice bathroom and very clean and quiet. Second floor you find a washing and drying machine also a vending machine Metro station very close, almost everywhere is walkable from the hotel
