Hotel staff do not give payee the ability to go to both rooms. Family staying on separate floors and unable to go to the other family room, makes no sense. We should have access to the rooms we purchased at all times. They would not budge on giving us access to both rooms. Bad policy! Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Other than those two issues, hotel was great!

Great shower, okay bed, service was very good. Only suggestion is to include airport to hotel shuttle times in welcome email as I wasted 30 minutes and finally just got a taxi.

Just an overnight stay but must compliment the facilities and staff. Room was excellent, breakfast was a wide variety of lovely food and the staff went above and beyond. The airport pick up and Mitsui Outlet drop off much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Stayed here x1 night to be close to the airport, as airport shuttle available and 15 minute transfer Lovely hotel, surrounded by lots of places to eat, plus supermarket and self service launderette. Booked seats on the shuttle bus when we checked in, this is a must as it is very popular and will fill all places quickly.

A hidden gem in Sepang
Fantastic staff, very helpful. Great breakfast buffet options. Convenient airport shuttle service. Clean and spacious room. Large flat screen tv, but wish they had more English station options. Great location, walking distance to many local dining options. Will definitely come back on our next long layover.

Not too bad for hotel near the airport. Airport shuttle starts from 6.45am and interval of 1hr so be sure to plan your timing well. I like that the hotel is also quiet. There is a small starbucks in the hotel for quick caffeine fix.
