Attractive mini villa with one bedroom, air conditioning, 35m² of living space, and a 10m² terrace for up to 5 people.
Bed linen and towels included in the booking.
In a *** semi-pedestrianized residence with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, basketball court, and pétanque.

Free parking at the entrance to the residence.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast in the residence parking lot.

The villa has an entrance hall with a closet, a hallway leading to:

=> a fitted and equipped kitchen with a window (hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)

=> a spacious bedroom with a French window, a 140x190 cm double bed and a closet (a baby cot can be added).

=> a living room with several views of the terrace and gardens, comprising a new double sofa bed, a single extra bed, a flat-screen TV, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs

Logement propre à la description sur l annonce.La propriétaire est disponible et accueillante. Mini villa fonctionnelle, l essentiel aux vacances est à disposition. Résidence calme et bien située.
