The staff here is incredible when it comes to service and helpfulness. I had two issues that they addressed One was my phone service in Italy and the other was my cigarette lighter adapter. Two things out of the hotel norm and they wouldn’t quit till both were resolved. Also, the restaurant is tops. The chef is excellent and the waiter very prompt and helpful when selecting meals.

The hotel was fine, but I didn't realize how far it was from central Turin, and we had a very early train to catch. The service was excellent as was the food in the restaurant.

Hotel needs updating but food is very good.
The hotel needs modernizing as they have in the rooms 'white' cloth covers for the table and side tables, which are stained and not ironed and just look out dated. The rooms that have doors onto the 'terrace' are nice expect you can't leave the door open for air circulation as there is no chain so the doors are either open or closed, so if the aircon in the room is not working (as was the case in my room) the room can be a bit stuffy. The minibar doesn't have much, the terrace has no seating so is not really a terrace but just an extended balcony. Even though the hotel is in need of a face lift the hotel restaurant food is AMAZING, very nice food and highly recommended.

Green hotel è una soluzione comoda per chi lavora, sconsigliato invece ai turisti perchè si trova lungo una strada lontano da qualsiasi meta. Parcheggio gratuito, piuttosto piccolo. Colazione da migliorare, tantissimi dolci, salato poco e frutta si limita alle mele

Juste une nuit, pour couper un long voyage. Propreté impeccable, il faisait un peu chaud j'ai donc voulu faire fonctionner la clim, pas possible et fenetre ouverte impossible, trop bruyant. Petit dej très très bien, a partir de 6h30 pour un depart de bonne heure impeccable.
