A luxury Pigeon Forge 2750 Square Foot Cabin in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, “Great Escape,” will exceed even your wildest fantasies. Surrounded by opulence at every turn, this cozy cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, and features amenities galore as far as the eye can see!

The great room offers a 50' plasma TV, high-speed Internet, and an amazing stone fireplace. “Great Escape” even has its very own game room with a pool table, air hockey table, stand-up arcade unit, and a 50” plasma TV. And the hits keep coming—mosey down the stairs and enjoy your very own cinema room with a 55” flat screen LED TV with surround sound!

“Great Escape” offers two large master suites, each with a 32' flat screen TV and DVD player, bedside Jacuzzi, and private bath. And what’s more, “Great Escape” also features an outdoor kitchen and grill—the perfect way to bring your family together in the Great Smoky Mountains! After dinner, relax in your large screened-in hot tub and take in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. This is an awesome place to gather with family and friends around an outdoor stone fireplace built into the deck!

Smoky Cove Resort offers a multitude of amenities including a cabin shaped pool, badminton, volleyball and horseshoes; all within walking distance from the cabin. This luxury log cabin resort includes so many luxuries there is no need to go too far from the front door of “Great Escape” for a great vacation that will keep you coming back!

In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $85.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the Property fee you pay when booking. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $10,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. True Tennessee Mountain Experience
This cabin was everything that i wanted. I was looking for that Tennessee experience, and this cabin nailed it. It is in the mountains with narrow windy roads. The master suite was exceptional! From the fireplace to the large bathroom. The downstairs had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, tv room, livingroom and games. I would highly recommend this cabin, and stay in it again. The communication with the owners were great also. We had no problems at all. It is away from all the hussle and bussle of the crowded city. It also had a fully stocked kitchen. I would suggest if you plan on cooking on the grill that you bring foil or a grill pad. It is very very dirty.

Great Cabin Stay!
We stayed here for a family Christmas vacation. The cabin was decorated for Christmas. It’s a beautiful cabin with plenty of space. The amount of porch space was excellent. The fireplaces were easy to use and I appreciated the automatic timers on them. The master bedroom was even bigger than I imagined. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely check to see if it’s available for our next trip to this area!!

Rustic & Homey vs Luxury & First Class
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, the cabin was comfortable and functional. Although I would not call it "luxury" and "first class". The furnishings & amenities are heavily used with lots of wear & tear like a long lived in home that some general maintenance gets put off for another day. The bedding & general use areas were all clean, however there was heavy dirt, dust, & cobwebs on light fixtures and trim, water damage and stains around doors & thresholds, crumbs & stains in kitchen cabinets, stones around fireplaces & tubs falling off, toilets running etc... The shower in the upstairs bathroom did not work, the control knobs were missing from one shower head and the other only would produce warm water. Several lights did not work & bulbs were missing, the air hockey table was broke when we arrived & is in very pour condition. The owners were very responsive to our feedback and immediately offered to have their local team come out to address our concerns and stated their understanding was everything was functional in the cabin. They did get the air hockey table working the next day, but we declined having the rest of the items addressed, because we did not want to spend our time waiting around the cabin & coordinating maintenance, & while disappointing & not inline with our expectations from the listing, it did not take away from our enjoyment of our time at the cabin. While we probably wouldn't stay there again, we enjoyed our stay & it suited our needs.

The cabin is nice. Loved all the decks/outside sitting spaces. When we got there, the hot tub and iutside fireplace werent working. Hot tub got fixed, but the fireplace didnt. Was really looking forward to sitting outside by it.

We had a wonderful trip! The owners are extremely great with communication, and the cabin is spacious and beautiful. We had lots of room for 7 adults and a todddler and really enjoyed spending time in the open floor plan together. We appreciated the ease of the keyless door lock and loved the hot tub, pool table, and arcade game. Location was so convenient!

Best cabin in the mountains!
We were so pleased, first with the owners!! Their communication with us before we even checked in was so kind and thoughtful! The cabin is so cozy and quiet. Just what we were looking for. The decor is so adorable! Bears everywhere!! My favorite place in the cabin was the porch swing. The younger adults enjoyed the pool table the most. Location is perfect for easy access to most everything you could want. We even saw wild turkeys wandering around! Looking forward to staying again soon. Thanks for a great week!!

Comfy Cabin!
We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to entertainment and nature in the area. It would be good to clarify on the listing that there are actually only 3 bedrooms with 3 actual beds (I appreciate the owner for clarifying this before we arrived so we weren't surprised.) But there are the two sofa bed options which allow for more sleeping space if needed. We loved having a full kitchen and roomy hangout spaces in a clean and pretty cabin!

The cabin is perfect for teens. We had a great time. Close enough to everything. Great neighborhood. The house is gorgeous. Beds were comfortable. Some of the blankets and bedding didn’t seem freshly cleaned though. The only negative thing - it really needs a good cleaning. There was nothing there to clean with - Clorox wipes etc. Either way- we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Cabin in Wonderful Location
We stayed at the cabin for 6 nights. The cabin was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool table, arcade game and air hockey table was an added bonus. The cabin is conveniently located close to the majority of attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Great location and amenities
We loved the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub on the deck. Extra large master bathroom with double shower heads. Our grandchildren loved the pool table, air hockey table, old-style video arcade and the TV viewing room. We’re able to get to Cades Cove from this location without having to get on the Parkway. I would highly recommend “Great Escape”.

Cabin was great. Had all amenities as as described the game room was a hit with the kids. We even had a bear come visit the cabin. Loved the porches around the house. This cabin deserves a 5, we gave it a 4 due to the cleaning of the cabin. Cleaning needs improving. The grill was not clean, the grease from the grill leaked down unto the porch swing ( could tell it was there for awhile). There was construction going on, so we were awakened by 7:30 every morning whether we wanted to be up or not. ( Not managements fault) The inside had cobwebs on mirrors, and trash behind the couch in theatre room. Garbage can in cabin had mildew in the bottom. Needs to be scrubbed out. If cleaning problem was solved would stay again.

Truly a Great Escape
Our family loved this house. Allowed us to get a way from the busyness of pigeon forge but was close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer with a short drive in and out of town. Better then even described in the description.

THE BEST!
I will start my review with the property itself. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Well maintained, enough room for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. Kitchen is very well stocked, as well as the bathrooms! The location of this property is perfect! 15 minutes from almost everything we wanted to go to in Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. The area is peaceful and you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the tourist town. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was alway clean and beautiful when we drove by! The owner and property manager are exceptional people! We received excellent communication from them both before and during our stay. We had a mistake in our reservations that was completely my fault, and they were very quick and kind enough to help me correct the issue. We will definitely be back next year, as the property was enjoyed and lived by our entire group! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

My Favorite
We always stay in cabins when visiting Tennessee. Since 2019 we’ve made 5 trips to the Pigeon Forge area and have stayed in 4 different cabins. The latest trip being May 6-13 2023….in this cabin. This is my favorite cabin for many reasons, but the 2 major ones are the layout of it, and the people who own it and take care of it. Ryan, the owner, is so helpful. Lorie, the one who takes care of the property, is amazing! Before our trip I called her a couple times for information, and I couldn’t have asked for more from those conversations. Also, while on this trip my husband and I had a close encounter with a bear! We were sitting outside, downstairs, and a bear walked right into our driveway, not more than 15 feet away from us! It was so cool and terrifying, at the same time HA! We’ll definitely stay here again ♥️

Just what we needed
Had a small family reunion and it was exactly what we needed it for. The separate bedrooms with baths was perfect for us, gave all of us our own privacy without waiting for others. The best part about it was the extremely comfortable beds & pillows and very roomy, hot showers. The extra blankets came in handy, so that was a plus as well. Had everything we needed to get through a nice relaxing week. Lots of privacy.
