Super friendly and helpful desk staff, coming from an English-speaking foreigner and solo traveller myself. They offered to hold my bags during the daytime on the day I checked out, which was very kind. In an excellent location. Comfortable beds. Would return.

Wonderful
Room and bathroom small but adequate. Thats what you get for a single room. Service was of high standard and hotel in Santa Cruz area with loads of restaurants and walking distance ( less than 5 mins) to the cathedral and alcazar.

Friendly and convenient
Location is very convenient and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful from storing my luggage to arranging a taxi for me to the airport. My room was very small, but OK for one person for one night. Our group attended the flamenco show at the hotel and it was great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Sevilla.

The location is great however there were mosquitoes. When we arrived at the train station in Sevilla called and asked if they can call a taxi for us and we were told no they don’t do that.
