Lovely property with walking distance of lovely restaurants and the cathedral. Before arrival we had planned for a ‘surprise’ for a special birthday but this wasn’t in the room and had to be asked for- bottle of bubbly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the free hot drink facility open 24 hours a day and supply of iced water was a nice touch. It was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. We loved the breakfast.

This will always be my number one place to stay when I’m in Sevilla. I received white gloves service from every single staff member on a daily basis. They were friendly, cordial, and very attentive to details to ensure a wonderful lodging experience. They over exceeded my expectations.The hotel was beautiful, with a rooftop view of the cathedral. They also offered daily complimentary coffee ( expresos & capuchinos!) and water. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all main sites, restaurants, shopping ect. I’ll be back in November! Is my home away from home.

This was an amazing hotel in central Sevilla for a great price. The receptionist was very warm and helpful with recommending spots to eat and drink. Our room was lovely. The free snacks, tea and coffee machine with lots of options was the cherry on top!

We stayed with our two teens in junior sweet. Amazing room and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Free Tea and coffee with little snacks downstairs. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. Excellent stay we will definitely come again. Worth paying for the comfort and everything is walking distance.

Convenient location from cathedral and alcazar, just a few minutes away. There were a lot of bugs and we were placed on the first floor entering into the main dining hall. There was also black mold in the bathroom, be aware if getting placed here as we also had a lot of street noise. One good thing is that water and coffee is available 24/7 in the dining hall and they offer one free drink from the bar.

Great Place in Saville
The hotel was very well located in the middle of Seville near all of the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and has a central courtyard that is well appointed. My room was very nice and have been updated recently.

Modern and clean
The attendants were kind and helpful. The Hotel is clean and very modern with lots of Art in the building. It is a challenge to get to, kind of stuck in the middle of other buildings with very narrow roads to drive with pedestrians everywhere. I was disturbed by the strong smell of sewer once the air conditioning was turned on and requested another room - which they accommodated. Shower had a rain spout and 3 other smaller ones aimed at your body but tgat just might be the suite we were in.

Property is great in a great location. There is NO Parking anywhere near the hotel. If you are renting a car, beware. It’s public parking near the bull ring and a 15 minute walk with your luggage. Taxi or Uber, no problems.
