Great hotel!
We really appreciated the location of this hotel. It was right next to a bus stop that allowed us to access the entire city. It wasn't loud at night. It had a great parking lot directly below the hotel. We were impressed with the hotel!

Dissapointed and away from city centre.
This hotel may have been a 4 star hotel in the past but not anymore. It is far from Seville's main attractions and hardly anything nearby other than a big stadium. With hindsight I would have chosen a more convenient location. The pictures are also somewhat misleading.

Although this hotel had a lovely pool area with friendly bar staff outside who were chatty, our overall experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful and quite rude, telling us to get a taxi outside and providing us with no information about Seville. We stayed for 5 days and our room was only cleaned once, regardless of the daily cleaning service mentioned when we checked in. We also had to ask for bathroom towels as they forgot to give us any. The location is good if you want to be somewhere quiet outside of the main part of Seville however it is fairly easy to get into Seville town via the number 1 bus which takes around 20-25 mins. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The pool area was great but other than that there were few positives.

Couples overnight stay
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years as it has been very good. This time our check-in experience was very good, with a professional but friendly receptionist. We had chosen a Club room with terrace, the room was a good size, clean and comfortable, the Terrace however was in need of some redecoration and the door onto it from the room had a very awkward step and the lock mechanism did not work well. We were out until late, but on getting up in the morning found there were no cups or fresh supplies to use with the kettle for coffee and the a/c had been dripping water onto our bags. On checking out, I informed the desk, more from a "let maintenance know" way than anything else and got a very disappointing response, did not seem at all interested, such a difference from check-in and let the hotel down.

Good dining options and a superb breakfast, staff are helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and very clean. Downside terraces are small square concrete boxes and not worth the trouble or cost. Pool doesn’t open until 11am which is a little odd for a resort.

I can’t recall staying at a hotel that was so clean, inside and out. From the moment you checked in to the moment you checked out, the staff was attentive to your needs. The dining room was immaculate and lacked of nothing. The wait staff were observant and were replacing items constantly. The room was spacious and again cleaned every day. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I will seek out other Silken hotels if they all operate like this one!!👏👏👏
