Having no 24hr reception is a huge disadvantage, checking online is fine but what would you do if you are stuck outside the room and your electronic door key doesnā€™t work. Had to call and send a video to someone sitting in Germany to sort out. I would avoid this jazzer next time and book a proper hotel

We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. Overall we would recommend and We would stay again

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.

Alejado del centro pero muy cĆ³modo
Alejado del centro turĆ­stico y en un barrio donde vive gente y no turistas. El transporte publico te debe servir bien aunque no me hizo falta. La insonorizaciĆ³n es mejorable. Muy buen trato con el turno de seguridad. La piscina en la terraza bien bien para refrescarse. A ver si terminan las duchas.. En cualquier caso y dependiendo de las circunstancias yo repetirĆ­a.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar. Einzige MƤngel mMn: Die RƤume sind etwas hellhƶrig, was ich jedoch ƶfter in Spanien erlebe und die ƶrtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ƅ Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.

La chambre est trĆØs bien. En revanche il y a une absence totale d'isolation acoustique entre les chambres. 2 fois l'alarme incendie s'est dĆ©clenchĆ© dont une fois en pleine nuit... I had everything i needed. I only missed an oven, but its probably not practical with a fire alarm in the room. Improvement is larger or more remarkable info/warning stickers for the door entrance and fire alarm as there occurred a few problems with that in the hotel.

El apartamento estaba bien, pero no estĆ” bien insonorizado, y tanto la nevera como el aire son extremadamente ruidosos, al menos en mi apartamento. Las ventanas no eliminan mucho ruido.
