Enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment in the old town in Seville. Taxi had some issues negotiating the tiny streets but a special stay. Front Office lady was wonderful and helpful as well. Magic

This was a unique property in that it had a room on each floor and each was spacious. There was lovely art and furniture. I was impressed that we also had our own private roof terrace. I would recommend for family with older children as the stairs are quite steep and many of them. I really like the Apartment/hotel model, it works really well for families. There was a small kitchen for the preparation and storage of small and simple meals. Even had a washing machine which was convenient. The Staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is unbeatable, but the property itself does leave much to be desired. I found the floors to be dirty, and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. Flaking walls and flies coming out of the drains, and our apartment on the ground floor was dark. It was safe, central, and comfortable enough, just didn't live up to my expectation.

I stayed with my husband and three sons in a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment which was just perfect. I wish there were more apartments as beautiful as this one with two bathrooms for this price. Besides offering all the essentials there were many extras like washing machine in the kitchen, disposable tooth brushes, and a welcome kit including bottled water, orange juice, milk, and Andalucian sugar cookies. On top of all this, communication was very smooth and there was Elena at reception in case you needed anything. Oh... and location is literally unbeatable! I wish I'd go back to Seville just to stay here again!

The property was very nice, however, the first time the shower was used the whole room flooded! We had to use the towels because there was no mop. When we requested more towels we were charged $10 euros. The location was on point. Very walkable, just a block away from the beautiful cathedral. Overall we would recommend it !

The location is very convenient, walking distance to all major attractions. Property is quiet, a big bonus to light sleepers like me. Two beds two baths made our stay more comfortable, not to mention their showers are pretty awesome. The only suggestion is maybe having some simple condiments like salt and pepper would be helpful.

Nice place in a great location, near most attractions. Not at all sound-proofed, you will hear everything that happens in the street outside and in the stairwell. Check-in hours are quite limited, though you can access your room via a code even after hours. The bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom, which definitely makes stays of 3 guests awkward.
