The room was very dark and the only windows opened out into the hotel lobby, not the outdoors. Although there was fresh air into the lobby from the atrium at the top, we had to keep windows closed because people coming and going in the lobby were very loud and sounded like they were in our room. The room smelled like mildew and nothing, including bath towels, would ever dry due to lack of air circulation. The sofa bed was broken and collapsed if any weight was put at the end of the bed. The loft bed creaked every time I moved at all, making me worried it would fall onto my daughter sleeping on the (broken) sofa bed beneath. And for the last 2 days of our stay, there was no hot water at all and no communication from the hotel staff about what was going on.

We had a bit of a set back checking in as there is no front desk. Once we called the number and they let us into the room, it was all good. Room was clean, towels were big and thick. Bathroom had a bit of a smell that I’ve smelled before in other hotels…must be a drainage issue. Room was clean, no daily housekeeping, bed not comfortable…no headboard and wall was cold and hard. The free washer and dryer downstairs was great! If you don’t need a kitchen, may not be worth the price. Very convenient to Cathedral, restaurants and shopping. A bit loud with balcony doors open but when closed-very quiet. Overall not a bad experience.

Comodo e tranquillo in centro Siviglia
Buon appartamento pulito ed in centro pedonale. Non si arriva con l’auto ma è necessario parcheggiare all’esterno della zona pedonale, al parking Cano y Queto convenzionato con la struttura (telefonare prima) e a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Piccoli problemi solo per il pagamento con link online e per accedere al parking, risolti telefonicamente / via whatsapp con cortesia e gentilezza da parte dell’operatore. Appartamentino di dimensioni contenute ma con tutto il necessario, salvo un buon balcone. Soggiornato a Pasqua 2024, in caso di belle giornate avrei comunque preferito un appartamento con balcone o patio per far colazione o altro all’aperto.

Appartement sublime ultra design et confortable au coeur du centre ville de Séville. Le bémol l'enregistrement se fait par internet et il faut avertir précisement de son heure d'arrivée, pas tjrs facile d'avoir une connexion internet en voyage à l'étranger.

En los dias que hemos estado no han pasado a limpiar ni a reponer toallas (una de ducha por alojado de tamaño pequeño). Poca luz y ventilación. Esperabamos un poco mas del alojamiento, respecto a otros, considerabamos que iban a ser un poco mas “de lujo”
