Booked on hotel.com and paid in advance. Arrived and was told there was an extra cost for having my caged pet stay in the room with me (he is a bunny and stayed in the crate the entire night. Parking lot not plowed, very icy walk way up to room which I almost slipped on. Noisey neighbors / thin walls, most guests lived here full time by the looks of it. Hot water in shower + tap took forever to heat up or turn on, toilet was barely attached to the floor. No sheet on any of the 3 beds , room and bathroom were freezing cold. Cable on tv was out, barely any toilet paper left in room and no refill roll. Had to take a comforter off a 2nd bed to use with the first one I had to stay warm enough , both smelled like they had not be washed in ages. Icing on the cake was being told I might be charged extra if I plugged too many things in during my stay when a small space heater had to be plugged in the whole night to keep the room warm enough as it was. Driveway still wasn’t plowed in the morning , almost got stuck trying to leave. Was almost $100/night, not worth that in the slightest + will not be returning

My wife and I stayed at Jenn's place for a week while enjoying the Sussex area and surrounds. We also enjoyed the Sussex Balloon Fest. while there. The place is wonderful!!! She provided all kinds of cooking basics such as oils, vinegars, spices, etc. We only used 1 out of 3 bedrooms but the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the vibe of the home and felt like I could live there myself. Wif worked great. We enjoyed the back deck with barbecue and she has provided many thoughtful touches. She provided use of the kayaks and SUP boards which is just a short walk to the water from their place. Also fun was a freesbie golf cage right in their backyard to play as well. It was a really nice stay!

A very enjoyable experience. Gracious hosts, nicely appointed room and tasty breakfast. Just as a true B&B should be. And lest we forget Maerie the cat!

This place is such a hidden gem! We loved escaping the hustle and bustle of downtown life to relax by the lake in this well-appointed cabin... Located about 35 minutes from Fredericton, the cabin is nestled in a peaceful piece of paradise, steps away from a gorgeous, calm lake that's ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or pick your flavour of water fun... We also enjoyed having the extra space of the screened-in porch. We used our time out there to read, relax and soak in the natural views... We slept well in the comfy main bed and loved being able to brew our own coffee in the morning and chill in the living room... Having the fridge and kitchen amenities was also a huge bonus and convenience. The peacefulness of the surroundings, combined with the beauty of the location, created a truly rejuvenating experience. Sandy was a really responsive and welcoming host. Fast and friendly communication all the way through. Sandy ensured we had everything needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay and even sprinkled in some local tips... One very minor recommendation - it would be great if the cabin had access to a BBQ to expand the cooking options. Overall, this zen cabin exceeded our expectations. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to disconnect, immerse themselves in beautiful New Brunswick nature, and create some new memories. Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience. Will try to return during summer too. Very courteous and friendly owner. Will recommend to people who wants to be close to nature and like a different stay experience - quite and friendly.
