距離汕尾市區十多分鐘車程, 位處豪宅區保利金町灣海灘旁, 屋苑才剛才入伙, 有些大厦還在建設當中, 配套還未準備好已急不及待推出放租..., 客廳的空調, 電視, wifi用不到, check in時像與訂房網站溝通不足, 擾嚷了大半小時才能上房...., 屋苑樓宇商舖尚在放售招租中, 只有三兩間食店營業中, 交通也只能靠叫車, 交通指示不清晰, 花時間問路才能找到位置., 早餐質素差勁。 環境及房間是毋容置疑的好, 海灘景色也很優美, 媲美置身泰國海灘感覺, 週邊環境舒適, 只是實在太新, 所有配套未有, 酒店也未準備好, 便推出市塲出租, 令本來美滿的住宿體驗, 也變成强差人意..., 相信待一段時間後, 小社區內的商舖陸續開業後, 會完美很多..., 單以房間質素, 性價比, 週邊環境来説, 絶對冠絶汕尾市。
