Parking is a nightmare. We had no water from 9:30 Pm to 6am and were not advised until the day of. The next day, we had no hot water and needed to be moved to a different floor, and a lower regular room vs a suite. The only compensation offered was one free day of parking.

Check in was at 3 but when we arrived we were told the housekeeping had a busy day and the room wouldnt be ready for awhile , we didn’t get in until close to 6 . But they did give us 20 % off which was good , The parking is way across the street and that night our truck got broken into . No cameras in the parking parcade The rooms are getting outdated but for the price that night and the location to the Scotia centre it was fine but don’t think I’d ever stay here again

Staff trainee lady was rude. She did not explain service procedures and was very un-accommodating and unprofessional. If we did not arrive so late in the evening I would have changed hotels due to her behaviour. The room was nice, the parking was inconvenient. The credit card refund is 5 business days which is crazy because they took the money right away when checking in.

We attended a wedding which was near, the staff have a very strong accent sometimes difficult to understand. Parking should be free and not that far away. I was extremely disappointed with the parking fees and distance from hotel.( thankfull I’m not handicap)

Elevator was broken for one day. Parking was hard to access and a long time to get car out. They do not clean on a daily basis. Front door did not work on auto-open. Really a two star hotel.

Very convenient location if you are looking to be able to walk around and enjoy the waterfront, shopping, and dining. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. I would have liked to see better room service. We were there for 4 nights and never had anyone service our room.
