I liked that it was walking distance to the harbour and surrounding areas. Could have had better instructions on how to park- but that could have been me as well. Prob wasn’t listening well. Room was clean staff friendly.

Rooms too cold with no information to add heat, too pricey for what you get, early check-in in fees, parking in public lot for 30.00 for night, pool too cold to swim, only 2 luggage carts and no concierge for over 350.00 a night? No smoking area and lots standing at front door to have a smoke, no free coffee in front lobby and Temu doesn’t open early enough to get a cup ! No channel info for tv, no info at all for things to see or do other than what is in Temu restaurant. Had to call for maintenance as phone didn’t work and no info about where the fridge was in a wardrobe, or how to open door to see the fridge. We were 3 in our room and didn’t have enough towels and only one blanket so had to call down late to get these.

Parking is inconvenient and out of the way. The sauna that was in the girls bathroom didn’t work. The pool was freezing so you couldn’t use it. The bed was comfy and the room was fairly clean but really outdated and didn’t look like the pictures.

Its not worth the money. The internet was down the entire time and i booked the business room. Even the TV had spotty reception on certain channels. The manager was condescending and glib when it came to the internet that was down for 3 days. He offered nothing, not even a local coffee shop to work. I went to the marriott doen the road and will stay there next time.

We were just in town for one night and the location is great. Arriving at rush hour was maybe not the best time as there was limited space to unpack the and the directions to the parking garage a little circuitous. But all in all totally fine.
