I have stayed at this Hotel many times. For the most part, you are downtown and close to the city's heart. It's nice they have an on-site restaurant. My only thing is that the rooms really need a refresh. The carpets look very old. My side table was missing pieces of wood veneer in several places, and the bathtub had a lot of chipped ceramic that was poorly repaired. The room was still clean but showed its age in the hallways and rooms.

The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived there. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier since the room was available. They allowed us to check out a bit later since due to our special request. We would recommend this hotel. Thank you team.

The process to check in was not very efficient. There was only one receptionist. We wanted 15-20 min to check in. The receptionist was nice but hospitality was very minimum. She didn't clearly explain the break down of the total payment (fee plus deposit) and just displayed the amount, that was confusing.
