Location is great as the bus to the airport is right in front of the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the ferry, stores and citadel. There was no wifi during the entire duration of the stay. Unsure how long it was down before we checked in and there was no compensation or warning in advance.

Great location but tricky with parking options. Bit of a haul to get to parkade across the street. Friendly staff. Winding hallways made it tricky to come and go easily. Starting to show wear and tear. Worth the location.

Our stsy

Beds are very comfortable here. Not having a fan in the bathroom was not the best. Paying an extra $25.00 a day for parking the car we had forgotten about. The parking is not across the street like we had been told. Overall not unpleasant at all. We did go to the pool room but couldn’t clearly see the bottom so opted not to swim.

Wifi was out for duration of 4 day stay. My room was not stocked with shower soap when I arrived, and the room smelled bad. Other than that, the room was clean (carpet floors though), everywhere was walkable, connected by covered pathway to the casino. Elevators were slow and some buttons seemed to not work. Standard hotel room but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel offers no on site parking so you have to find and pay for parking away from the hotel. Our room had pop corn under the bed. The cleaning staff did tend to it right away but it left me wonderIng how clean the rest of the room was.

Parking is extremely inconvenient for people with mobility issues,no on site parking…walk a block down and a block around that building for parking access… no valet parking …one way streets make getting places tricky.

Good stay.

Stayed here four nights. Sign in the bathroom said housekeeping would come after second night on a four day stay. They came after our third night. Would rather they come after second night like advertised in my room. Room clean and comfortable, but certainly is dated and can use an update. Parking was $30 per night. Stayed here last year and it was included so a bit disappointed. 4 min walk to the parkade across the street to where we had to park our car. Never used the pool or restaurant. Stay was ok for the price.

It was ok. I wasnt impressed with the room not beingready on time and having to leave my things with a friend until after the concert we went to see. I requested for someone to turn the ac on but that didnt happen. I was given a discount for the room not being prepared on time though.
