Terrible experience. Booked a junior suite to come to after a 15h flight. Bathroom was digusting: Hairs in the shower and on the floor. Place for soap was not cleaned. More hairs on the counter. Stains and dust on night stands. Complained to the manager. Was met with a condescending approach - questioning my integrity and honesty about the situation. I felt disgusting staying in this hotel and checked out as soon as possible. For someone booking a suite, this was sub-par service, quality and zero customer service. I was given some useless points, which don’t amount to anything. Will never go back to this disgusting hotel and terrible management. Food was also disgusting, and cold. Don’t call yourself a Marriott. This hotel is not worth its rate. Go anywhere else that’s clean and has better managers. Ps. Parking is 50 USD but won’t mention it and assume you are aware (happened to another guest). Breakfast not included. Simply not worth your time and giving this place a chance.

Reserved accessible room W/walk-in shower, but got accessible tub w/grab bars on opposite wall which l cannot reach. Disabled peo cannot reach across tub to get in, need grab bar outside tub. next day switched to standard rm w/stand up shower using shower chair. Grab bar far end and shower controls on opposite end , not within reach. Property says they have only 2 roll-in showers. website indicates otherwise. Website not accurate at all. Staff tried to accommodate my needs

Rudest worker I’ve ever encountered at my 1,000 plus hotel stays while attempting to pick up 2 checked bags. Asked for the manager to complain and she dodged me and instead went straight to check in. The rude worker in the office needs retraining now, as does the manager. I will wait for your response before I post a full review of my encounter. Very disappointed, it was RUDE.
