The room was very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable the mattress was hard and lumpy. I wish there was room service since I was there with my sister who was having treatment at Dana Farber and couldn’t be around people

Bad toilet and A/C unit

So many details were off. The A/C had the fan running non-stop, even when it wasn't cooling the air. You had to manually turn off the whole A/C just to quiet down the car motor running in your room. The toilet wouldn't refill the water tank, so you had to take off the lid and push down the floater each time you went to the bathroom. They sent an "engineer" to our room to look at A/C who then told us it should always have fan off. You can't turn it off to only blow when A/C is active. Never heard of an A/C unit that requires fan to constantly blow even when not in use, and I'm from the south.

Have stayed at this location many times over the last 15 years. Good location, quiet, and relatively clean, but the property shows some wear and tear. Also cleaning staff is clearly under staffed/over scheduled - stayed for 5 days this trip and housekeeping didn’t generally make it to the room before 4/4:30. Likewise witnessed them moving between floors every day of the visit, and one person was expected to move two heavily packed carts plus a heavy vacuum. Appeared to be too much for just one worker.
