We stayed here to be close to the airport. It was perfect. But it is not walkable to much and not a prime location outside of the airport. The room was clean, the pool was broken, you had to pay for parking. The bar downstairs was cute and the food was decent.

Used to stay in before flying out at Logan Initial key card did not work so had to get another only one elevator operating in this large hotel my room smelled of cigarette smoke

The overal experience was really good. Hotel is on a busy dual carriageways road and not a particularly nice area (industrial). However they provide a good shuttle service to train and airport and also they would pick you up directly from train station when you phone them. The problem was that the pool was out of service and unfortunately we couldn't use it and one of the lifts broke and wasn't repaired during our stay. Breakfast was really good, typical American style breakfast (of course) and really enjoyed it. Food was freshly cooked and certain stuff were filled up regularly, especially when it was busy. Staff super friendly, nice people who will happily chat with you and also help you as much they can. There is Target Supermarket with 10mins walk if you need to buy some essentials and when it comes to restaurants - there is restaurant in the hotel (not the biggest selection), there is mexican American Style Fast Food (really good), Wendy's and Chinese Buffet restaurant is located same place as Target Supermarket. You get what you pay for and I trully must say that everything was good for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. We ran out of few shampoos and shwoer gels, went to reception and straight away we got new ones. Definitely we will come back to Hampton Hotel. Maybe it is not in Boston Town but with Hotel Shuttle and train to town, only takes around 30mins.

Service was fast and efficient. We traveled on a busy busy Friday before Spring break. Arking was convenient transportation to the airport was quick and employees were very friendly. The delicious breakfast that was included was much appreciated.

Booked the Hampton Inn because they had long-term parking and shuttle service to Logan. Got there no room in the lot. Ended up having to find a place to park and take a bus to the airport. Then they charged me $30 to park for the night. No parking spots so I parked on the lawn.

Shabby. Broken elevator. Pool not working. The breakfast was terrible - weird egg omelettes and a bunch of other cheap food. Toilet did not flush right. AC unit sounded like a truck. Smelled bad. The worst hotel I have visited in 40 years. If I could give it negative stars I would. And it was $320 a night. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

Nice little property to stay if you need to catch a flight at Logan. Across the road there is food and a supermarket. There is also long term parking. Only complaint is the shuttle for airport leaves every 30 minutes. Was waiting 45 minutes for my shuttle.

Good place to stay when have an event in Boston or need to go to the airport. Uber was inexpensive to commute to Boston downtown and back. Parking at the hotel maybe tricky as it is rented for a long term parking and the lot is pretty full. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
