Unable to check in 1 hour early or else pay a fee. No print capability on lobby computer. Maid was not helpful blocked our room access. TV was Samsung package ONLY no live TV. No wireless access for phone. Room was clean, 2nd floor looked out on back hill. Construction made hotel access difficult.
