Sheridan Lake Retreat!

3 bed, 2 bath home on an entire fenced acre, within a 3 minute walk to a quiet bay in Sheridan Lake, great for swimming, kayaking, etc. Boat launch just around the corner. Fur babies welcome!

Kitchen has pots, pans, bakeware, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, blender, utensils, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, some seasonings, and lots of storage space.

A TV is available (no cable) with a DVD player and selection of DVDs. There are also some board games, puzzles, books, and cards. Bocce, lawn darts, and Croquet set available if you want to have a game on the lawn.

Mud room has storage for your gear.

Cell service is great in this area!

The property water is via a deep well, and was fully tested in June 2021. The results were very clean, slightly alkaline water (excellent quality).

The property is on a septic system, so no feminine products, qtips, wipes, in the toilet please.

Garbage service is not provided in the area, so this is a pack in, pack out property. The Lone Butte Transfer Station is located between the property and highway 97

My husband and I spent 3 nights here with our 5 and 3 year old. We all had a great time! We brought a bunch of old cartoon dvds for at night and spent the days exploring the forest or paddle boarding with our boards we brought. The cabin was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful property near Sheridan Lake with excellent hosts
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Cariboo Resort. The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and providing information on local attractions. The property was lovely and very clean. We would love to visit again - thank you! 😊

Perfect base camp for fall fly fishing.
We visit the Sheridan Lake area each September for our annual fall fly fishing adventure. This property was very convenient - clean, comfortable, quiet, fenced yard for the dogs, just a short distance from the lake. I could easily tow my kayak from the property to the lake shore using a kayak dolly.

We went with kayaks and quads and were able to do both! Rina was very helpful in sending great information about the area including the best lake spots and access to quadding trails. The home was spotless and very well kept with all the basics needed, plus firewood ready for both indoors and outdoors, games and movies. We thoroughly enjoyed the place!

Just missing the fish!
Our stay was great! We really appreciated the owners’ efforts to make some welcoming and homey items available. From soaps and coffee filters to dog dishes and outdoor games and firewood. Thank you Rina for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed meeting a few of your neighbours while out for our dog walks too. Friendly, kind, and helpful with some fishing tips too.
