Wonderful stay

The staff could speak conversational English and provided us with information of the attractions and eating places. The hotel is just next to the train station and short wakiing distance to the historical streets and morning market. The hotel also offered complimentary mini bar such as soft drinks and local wines. If there is an onsite onsen, it will be perfect. The partner'sonsen serviceus a distbce away and we couldn't park there.

The facilities were immaculate and the staff were great! The open air private baths were a highlight.

Property was very clean and a walkable distance to nearby shops and markets. Staff were very helpful when we needed assistance. Great showers and very comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in a twin room and it had plenty of space for several large suitcases.

We loved the onsen.

Great location for Kanazawa Castle park, clean well appointed room, nice car and restaurant area in the hotel and a lovely Onsen.
