Raving review! I highly recommend!
I came to town for a surgery. There was a little issue with the charge but the staff took their time to resolve it appropriately. The staff was so helpful, polite, and accommodating overall! From the room placement, wheelchair availability and access, free water, free made-to-order breakfast, free happy hour... everything was amazing. Before surgery I was able to enjoy the amenities. I loved the hot tub. The pool was heated and there was a small gym. I had a package delivered. I will definitely be back!

While the lobby & reception area is lovely, the rooms do not reflect that same energy. Rooms are very dated & gloomy. Maintenance had to be called because the heat wasn’t working in my room. The elevators don’t work properly; skipping floors, not lighting up when you push your floor, very shaky. Besides the nice bedding, I actually felt like I was in a motel room. And please stop advertising double beds as queen beds!

The staff is amazingly friendly. Breakfast fantastic and happy hour drinks were a nice touch. Rooms ok. Clean but a little dated. Can hear some road noise. Would stay there again. Beds are comfortable and rooms super spacious.

Great stay, great price.
We stay at the Embassy Suites twice a year, for Thanksgiving & Christmas, to see family. The property is well kept, nice gym, nice sized pool with hot tub, and it’s hard to beat the full breakfast with omelet station or the evening reception with complimentary cocktails, and snacks. The price point is reasonable, and the rooms are spacey and well appointed. What makes it stand out even more is the team there. From front of house to the back of house there is a feeling of genuine hospitality and connection. The GM, and her managers, have done an excellent job in hiring staff that truly make you feel welcomed home.

Not as good as it should be for the money
Usually great hotel but this stay wasn’t great. Room was small, too warm no matter how I used the thermostat to bring the temp down. Giant wet spot on carpet soaked my socks. Leaky tub faucet. Faintly musty smell.
