Luxurious 7th floor (top floor) beachfront condo with stunning Gulf views and private beach plus bay access and heated pool. Newly renovated throughout from top to bottom. Bright new gourmet kitchen with upper end appliances. New bathrooms with modern fixtures. New dining table. New flooring. Comfortable new furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The large screened & glassed lanai spans the entire width of the unit and offers plenty of comfortable seating and dining space. The open-concept design of the unit allows for privacy with the bedrooms being separated by the living area. Both bedrooms have lanai access and beautiful Gulf views. Master bedroom w/ensuite bath has queen bed, guest bedroom has 2 twins, and both have large closets. Washer & dryer are provided in the unit. TV's are in the living room & both bedrooms, and free WiFi and cable are provided.

Fisherman's Haven is a friendly community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and nestled on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key just south of Turtle Beach. Direct beach front property with the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other side. Enjoy long walks & beautiful sunsets from the private beach, take a dip in the heated pool, or fish from the bay waters at the rear of the property (on-site fish cleaning is station provided). A bbq grill is also provided on-site. Secure gated community close to restaurants, shopping and night time entertainment. Turtle's Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay are both very close & you can dine on the water. Rent a boat at the nearby marina and spend a day on the water. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze trolley at Turtle Beach and ride to Siesta Key Village, Crescent Beach, and other points of interest on the island.

RENTAL POLICY: A one month minimum is required and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking.

Very beautiful
The check in couldn’t have been easier. The condo is very comfortable and has really beautiful views. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen is equipped very well with top appliances. Including a wine fridge. Easy beach access, very nice pool and kayaking available nearby.
