The hotel was run a bit oddly. At check-in, we were brought to a room with the door already open and the air conditioning going. I had booked a room with a second bed, which this room did not have, so we were brought to another room with a second bed that also had the door open. As a result, there were some small flies in the room. Also, we did not realize until after the front desk had closed that there were no sheets provided for the second bed. We had to request those the next day. Also, the check-out process was a bit long and hectic. There seems to be some management issues. However, the staff was friendly. There was a slip-up on my part too, as the Wi-Fi was regularly not working. Due to our language barriers, I became frustrated at not understanding why the Wi-Fi was out. Sri Lanka is currently experiencing power outages in regions, so be prepared for this. It is not the fault of the hotel.
