Welcome to the Courtils cottage located in the heart of the Loire Valley, at the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from Orléans, 20 min from Saint-Benoit-sur-Loire, 20 min from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, 10 min from Germigny-des-Prés and its Carolingian Oratory, 3 min from the Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips). On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (wood stove NOT usable), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm with separate macerator toilet and washbasin; and a bedroom with 3 beds 90 cm (2 beds 90 can be pushed together to make 1 bed 180 cm).

You can enjoy the 200 m² garden with its garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor games (petanque, badminton net, rackets, children's games, etc.). Three bicycles are also at your disposal for an additional fee.
A private parking space on the property and several public spaces in front of the cottage.

All-inclusive rate: it includes bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption. You have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
