Staff was very friendly! So close to the airport. Parking was easy. Free breakfast was delicious was refried beans and freshly fried chips. We felt very safe. We will stay again!

I liked the cleanliness and how well kept the hotel was. The staff were very helpful to even get a cup of coffee. It says there was transportation to the airports but cannot recall seeing there charged $100 pesos. The airport is relatively super close to the hotel.

Me quedé en Silao varios días este fue el último hotel que agarré mi último día , me arrepiento no a verlo agarrado desde que llegué , súper limpio súper cómodo !! Agua caliente y súper bonito !!! Le doy 7 estrellas si se pudiera y el precio no manches excelente!!!!!

For one or two nights this is a safe spot to sleep close to the airport. It is not fancy but it is clean. The staff is amazing here, very helpful. The air conditioner didnt work right in my room but the window opened so I was able to get a breeze.

Este hotel está bien por estar cerca al aeropuerto pero el transporte hacia el aeropuerto No confíes en ellos porque te dicen que te llevan y a la mera hora no te llevan . Eso nos pasó a nosotros y por poco perdíamos el vuelo por estar esperando que llegara el transporte que nunca llegó y mejor contrate un Uber . Ese día descansaba el del transporte. Muy mal servicio

It’s a good overnight stay but not more for than a day at the most. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was hallway hadn’t been vacuumed and that is the only reason for not the highest star rating.
