All of Summit County’s ski resorts are within a short drive and in the summer, enjoy hiking, biking, world-class fly fishing on the Blue River, golf, and the nearby Dillon Reservoir!
Fourth Street Crossing Traverse Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six guests. The living area features large windows with mountain views, as well as comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. This is a really great property. It’s close to many little shops and restaurants and a very convenient launching pad to explore the Rockies. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were great with communication.
I don’t think the listing does a good job of showing how many stairs are in the unit, though. The first floor is the garage and entrance. The second floor is the living area with kitchen and half bath. The third floor is bedrooms and full baths. The fourth floor is a rooftop balcony space. If you don’t mind stairs, you’ll be fine. But if you have mobility issues or are coming from sea level up to these elevations, those stairs can really take a lot out of you. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, amazing property!

Wonderful stay in the mountains
We had such a lovely stay at this townhome. It’s in a convenient location in silverthorne with easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and Copper. There are so many restaurants and shopping near by. The place is very modern and clean with plenty of room for the family. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was a plus for our ski gear. I definitely recommend this place, as long as you don’t mind stairs!
