Misleading, Surrounded by Construction Sites, No Privacy, and Poor Conditions and Views – Avoid
Our experience at this villa was extremely disappointing. The property is surrounded by construction sites, where work begins as early as 7 AM, with workers shouting throughout the day.
No Privacy. While using the pool or simply trying to relax, the workers openly watched us without any regard for discretion. This was highly inappropriate and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
The villa was also not equipped to accommodate our group of 22 people adequately. The amenities and facilities were insufficient, especially for a self-catered stay.
Adding to the frustration, the villa is surrounded by protective nets, with a crane frequently passing overhead. The view is entirely dominated by the construction sites, completely ruining the atmosphere of what should have been a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay, indicating serious issues with the villa’s construction. The jacuzzi is not included by default, and you are required to pay an additional fee if you want to use it, which was not communicated upfront.
Additionally, the agency managing the villa employs individuals who appear to spy during our stay. We felt invasive at some point.
The description and photos provided online are highly misleading. I cannot recommend this property.
If I had known the true conditions of this villa, I would never have booked it.
