Villa Copacabana is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom property, located in Armação de Pêra, with incredible sea views and just 600 metres from the beach. With a private heated pool, 2 jacuzzis (optional extra) and a games room, it is perfect for family holidays.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite and 1 twin, all with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. One of the double rooms also has a staircase leading to the panoramic terrace.
The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor, next to a bathroom. On this floor, there is also a games room with snooker, table football and a gaming machine, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.
The living/dining room on the ground floor has comfortable sofas, TV and a dining table. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding doors provide access to the exterior, where there is a large heated pool (optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra) and sun loungers. The barbecue and outdoor dining area are perfect for socialising.
The roof terrace offers outdoor seating, jacuzzi (optional extra) and barbecue, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The villa has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms and private parking. The location is excellent, a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is an 8-minute walk away.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Good Location
Enjoyed our stay at this home. It has some great balconies and roof top views. The home is easily walkable to the town, beach and stores--that was our favorite part of the stay. The home was comfortable in size for our family and was pet friendly.
Things for improvement, the pool was leaking and unable to heat--it was clear this was occurring prior to our stay but we were not notified. They charged us for a jacuzzi that didn't heat over 97 degrees and had a lot of chemicals in it. Some of the upstairs exterior doors were falling off the henges and we needed to be careful when opening and closing and the white headboards were shedding their material on the bedsheets.
Otherwise, the property managers were responsive and gave us lots of options for where to eat and explore.
