3rd time and last time. The standards of the hotel have gone down since our for first visit in 2022. Room amenities are limited and the front staff is horrific. Zero interaction, no acknowledgement or attempt at any interaction- this is not a premium hotel. Do better.

Awesome place to stay for aviation enthusiasts. Hotel walking distance to Maho Beach and bar areas. Staff is super friendly. Welcome drink was nice along with a small gym. Too busy to use the pool

Remember this property as the Allegra, now beautifully refurbished as the Morgan. Gorgeously designed and decorated, nice new restaurant (pricey but good),infinity pool, live music at night. Plus Sunset Bar within walking distance. Great!

Was better than I could have predicted. Lovely quick overnighter before we hopped on a cruise… The onllllly negative is hot tub wasn’t working, and was looking forward to after a full day of traveling. Definitely recommend.

I love the location of The Morgan. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and bars. But if you’d like to venture out further, the front desk staff won’t hesitate to call you a taxi. It was great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Morgan Resort while celebrating my 43rd birthday. Overall, I appreciated the amenities and the serene environment, but I wanted to share some feedback to help enhance future guests’ experiences. During my stay, I encountered a couple of challenges: an issue with the TV in my room and some shortcomings in the customer service at Salt, your onsite restaurant. While these moments were disappointing, I must highlight the exceptional service provided by one of your employees, Nyell. Nyell went above and beyond to address and resolve all the issues I faced, ensuring my experience remained positive. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exemplify the highest standard of hospitality. I believe Nyell is a significant asset to your team and is deserving of recognition, possibly a raise or additional acknowledgment, for his outstanding efforts. I trust you will take this feedback constructively and continue striving for excellence in guest services. Thank you for making my celebration memorable, and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Our stay at Morgan’s Resort was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or arranging taxis, they made everything seamless and enjoyable. The vibe at Morgan’s is light, relaxing, and welcoming – it truly feels like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Ravi, Luke, and Deven (hope I got the spelling right!) for their warm welcomes, helpful suggestions, and incredible hospitality. Also, a huge thank you to the manager, Oswald (again, hope the spelling is correct), who resolved a small issue with such care and attention that it left a lasting impression. I wish every hotel manager were as attentive and thoughtful! The on-site Salt restaurant and poolside service were equally fantastic, with healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream! Location-wise, it’s perfect. Morgan’s is walking distance to Maho Beach (where you can see planes landing!) and Mullet Beach, one of the best beaches in Saint Martin. There are also plenty of dining options, bars, casinos, and shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient. We celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the team made every detail perfect, from the decor to the extra touches that made the day so special. This was our first visit to Saint Martin, and Morgan’s Resort made it unforgettable.

I requested and paid for Happy Birthday balloons and flowers and with a six hour window. This service was to be a surprise they delivered these paid services at 8:30pm while the birthday person was in the room. NOT so much a surprise.
