Serene, quiet & feels like a holiday retreat from hustle & bustle of the city. Staff member were extremely friendly. The resort regular free shuttle bus to Changi jewel & marina bay sands makes it an even more appealing place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing and you feel a sense of exclusivity. But the service could be better - 25 minutes to check-in after a night flight and 45 minutes waiting for food with hungry children (our order had been forgotten). We also weren´t informed about the wifi code and there was no toilet crubber. Don´t choose a front room as you have view to a huge construction site.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dusit Thani Hotel with my family during our holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service truly made our trip memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcomed. A special mention goes to Mr. Nanda, whose assistance and outstanding service were pivotal in enhancing our stay. He was always available to ensure that our needs were met, whether it was providing local tips or accommodating special requests. His genuine care for guests made a significant impact on our experience. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, featuring spacious and elegant rooms that were perfect for our family. We appreciated the stunning views and the various amenities available, including the wonderful pools and dining options. Overall, our family holiday at Dusit Thani Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. Thanks to Mr. Nanda and the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

The carpet in the room doesn’t look clean enough while some stains on wall can be easily seen. Disappointed with the kids breakfasts are not included while I do add breakfast for my room. Cannot understand why 2 kids can stay free in the room but after breakfasts added in Expedia, I still need to pay for extra costs of kids breakfast as they are not included. 😑😑😑 only 2 adults are included while we were thinking it was not fair, the staff asked a silly question that kids breakfast need to be added or not??? Nothing nearby but just construction site, it is a must to add just feel very disappointed that kids breakfasts are not included. With taxes, it’s SD41 somethings for 2 kids breakfast, not expensive but it’s very tricky for the app or the hotel to do like this. Kids eat free or should be included while I paid in the app. Staffs who help taking care of the luggages are very nice and professional. They are the staffs should be praised.
