The hotel is situated in a good place for walking to sites, the staff were very helpful and caring. The room was large and we had adjoining second room. They were clean and presentable but in need of modernisation particularly in the bathrooms. The corridors well dull and in need of decoration and refurbishment which reduced the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The pool area was a little gem.

The property is not well maintained with the carpet being so old and smelly. Room service is only done once every 2-3 days and only hair shampoo is provided with no conditioner. The only good thing about this hotel is its location which is close to Chinatown. & Chinatown point.

We booked two rooms which were adjoining as we are a family of 4 with teenagers. The rooms were a great size and had what we needed. However the hotel was very rundown. The corridors were shabby and required repairs and painting. The toilet was hard to flush, our bath shower blocked with each use and took a while to drain. We asked for this to be looked at however no one came. Our safe didn’t work so we couldn’t use it. Our neighbors were very noisy slamming doors late at night and letting their small children run the corridors screaming during the day. We still had a great holiday however we would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is near Chinatown. Staff is nice. However, they had changed the cleaning policy - every 3 days. We booked 3 nights but there is no cleaning our rooms. So far still enough stuff for 3 days.

Has very good breakfast buffet with cocktail as well. Within 30 mins walking distance to most tourist sites. Friendly helpful staff and offer amenities. Just old carpeting that smells in the hallway and not great sound insulation. Could hear the noise outside and next door. However quiet by night.

Stayed in Executive club room 2018. Room abit dated but had everything we needed. Having drinks and snacks available to us (as Executive club guests) was a great bonus. Ray and Lim who worked there were great. Looked after us really well. Transportation links were really good

The location is very good, connect to two mall but the renovation need more details in the bathroom I don't like to change towels after 3 days or clean the room in this time. But the personal and the restaurants are the best.

Great location. Easy access to MRT and walking distance to the heart of Chinatown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gym was small, but everything worked, enough to get a good sweat. The pool was great.

Was here 2014, and here 2015, location is perfect, eat, shops, downtown, chinatown, marina bay, night market, etc.. Furama can get higher mark if they change the carpets, recommended, will come back.

The location is good but the hallway carpet is kind of dirty and there was shortage of staff in the front reception. There was only 1 person working in the front reception during the busy check in time. Bell boy was not enough too and not willing to help.
