The hotel is located close to the MRT, Chinatown, and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet was perfect... with offerings available for just about everyone. The room was satisfactory. All in all, we were pleased with the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant buffet is especially great for stopover travellers who just want to rest and stay close to the hotel - great options available for a really reasonable price. We also loved the pool. It is also close to a stop for the hop on and hop off Big Bus route which is recommended too.

The hotel is good, Staff are friendly, Beds are ok rooms are small, The shower has great water pressure but you have to hold the handle in your hand so it difficult to wash your hair, the hair dryer didn’t work well at all. While we were there they were doing maintenance on level 6 and the jackhammer started at 9am and didn’t stop most of the day , we were on the 16th floor and we could still hear it , The pool was great. We had breakfast included in our stay and that was great a really good choice of food was on offer. The TV only had 3 channels and we couldn’t get any other channels. The view from the 16 floor was amazing. Very close to China town Station 2 min walk the public transport is amazing.

Excellent location, with MRT station across the road, amazing hawker halls as close as next door. Walkable location if the weather isn’t too humid. Although an older hotel, the room was spacious and the pool was refreshing. Excellent having laundry facilities onsite too. I would recommend this hotel

I do not recommend this property. The state of the hotel does not reflect the pictures online. While the lobby area looks nice, the upper floors look and smell old. Upon arriving to our room, we found hair in various places including the bed. The rooms smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Within minutes of arriving to our room, I had a headache. The rooms are in dire need of an update - the paint is peeling from the wall and there are stains everywhere on the carpet. The staff offered to switch us to another room but upon inspection of three other rooms, we realized they are all in similar conditions. All of that I may have been able to overlook, but the smell was too overpowering for me to stay for four days. I did not even want to unpack my clothes for fear the stench of mildew and cigarettes would seep into it. We ended up checking out immediately. It’s too bad because this hotel is in a great location. The one redeeming quality about it is the staff. They were very kind and friendly to us. I do not consider this to meet the standards of a 4 star hotel.
