Old and with stains. Had issues with shower and tv. Breakfast was chaotic. Too many customers for a small and tired hotel.

Would have been a nice stay except aircon was not working properly first couple nights. Hot water takes over 10 mins to come when showering with all taps turned on. Room service only comes every 3/4 day. Tried getting room service area except no one picks up front desk calls and when you go to front desk they ask you to call. when you try get new towels after asking for room service they said why not wait till room service. Little flys also roam the toilets and generally kids complained something bitting them. I personally didn’t feel any bites but I did see many flys. All in all location is great but the rest of areas have some catching up to do.

No AC they said they were fixing it but then didn’t. When we went down to talk to the staff (along with many other guest downstairs)- staff hid and were nowhere to be found. I had 3 rooms for my family and one, the shower was clogged and flooded the entire room. Floor 6 with the pool was very grimy and the carpet looked like it had flooded down the halls many times. If you do stay there (I would never again) definitely do not stay on the 6th floor. It was gross. Food was difficult to get in the restaurant as well. Made it difficult and longer wait than expected. When we left and asked for a taxi the staff member in charge of transportation was disorganized and not clear about how it worked. When I asked for compensation they said they couldn’t. They offered lunch but we had to leave to get on a cruise. Very disappointed and do not recommend

Furama was reasonable value for money but I had to get creative with the shower to keep the water on me instead of showering the bathroom walls and the staff were not very welcoming. But I had just come from Vietnam and Thailand where everyone was welcoming!

Lovely location with hawker centers nearby and walkable distance to popular destinations, such as the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands. The only problem is the restroom not having a lock, but everything else was perfect; the room was big spacious enough for multiple luggage.

Location is within walking distance from MTR and close to China Town with lots of places to eat. The carpet shows its age, however. Other than that, we really have no complaints about the hotel.

This hotel was in a good location, it was right near China Town. However, is it very outdated with peeling wallpaper, scuff marks on all the tables and sheets, dirty curtains and 2 switches weren’t working. Staff is very friendly and helpful though!
