Overall stay was good ! Great stay both pool was Great. Check in process was not good and fast. Property was clean. Rooms were good but AC was not performs cooling very well.

Love the pool was very nice to relax in after hot day out. Nice room was small though. Good choice of restaurants handy if you don't mind paying a bit more for meals. Really nice looking property was in great condition. Laundry room very handy and easy to use. Will definitely stay again if I don't need to be central to all the action. Enjoyed our stay.

It's always an absolute pleasure staying at the MERCURE Singapore on STEVENS. The hotel is extremely spacious and I love the gardens and open concept that is so very relaxing. Whilst being close to the buzz of the city. The service is Excellent! I cannot recommend it enough.

Keep it up.
Well kept property , however the drive way needs maintenance. Excellent housekeeping. All staff very helpful and extremely polite. The shuttle service to Orchard road a big plus. Big comfortable bed. The Aircon buttons need some maintenance work though.
