The room was very comfortable and clean and we got the feeling that the hotel had paid attention to detail, from the temperature of the room being cool but not cold to free experiences in Singapore you could book just for being a hotel guest. Great location for walking to some of the main sights.

Hotel is well located near city hall.Concierge very helpful. Housekeeping had room looking immaculate.Great views from premier bay room.Easy to get to airport and cruise terminal via MRT. Negatives, room noisy- from streets below on 17th floor, not sure if they were even double glazed.Adjoining room doors noise suppression not up to scratch with noisy occupants next door.Avoid rooms with adjoining doors.
