Staff were very helpful & friendly however the refurbishment meant public spaces were very limited. The bar at the top of the building was not open to all residents which was a waste of the space. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy.

Location and room was OK. Bathroom had a step up, it was pokey with a drainage problem in the shower. Issues with aircon, called reception twice. Housekeeping in the afternoon when we were trying to rest was annoying. Nice pool, robes very small. Pool

The hotel is under renovation but we have no problem with noise dust. Our room was fresh and claim.. One strange item. The commode in our room was not square to the wall.It was off on an angle from the wall. My guess is this is one of the renovated rooms.And they were in a rush to finish it.

It was a great location, bed was quite firm, and just the current renovations made it a bit busier than normal I’d expect. Check in process needs to be improved seemed to take a long time to process each person.

Great location for the Singapore GP
Nice hotel, great location for the Singapore GP. Hotel undergoing renovations, so slightly inconvenient, but staff tried their best. Unfortuately, long waits at reception.
