When I first booked on Sep to spend my 8 years old birthday on Nov. I received a text from the hotel promising deco filled with balloons and brownies. I felt very appreciative of the intended gesture. But on the check in day.. I was telling my girl She be surprised but when she opened the door. There was no balloons all anything. I had to call the reception and reminded them. They asked us to let us know when we are going out for dinner so they can arrange for it. When we came after the dinner there was 2 balloons in the room. No brownies. I didn’t want to waste my time to ask about it anymore. Felt very insincere thou

Secure and safe environment for children. The hotel and room was clean. Public transport inside Sentosa Island was free and the stations were very close to the hotel.

The location was good, near Imbiah station so u could access the whole Sentosa island. But the room was v v small . We had booked a family room as we were three. They gave us 2 beds interconnected but the size is v small , Japan size. And the housekeeping only makes ur beds rest everyday our room remained the same. A wrapper in the tray was there for our entire stay. Toiletries and towels had to be called for everyday too. Got a 10dollar credit which could not use as u could use only in the restaurant which was closed besides meal hours.

Excellent location, easy walk to beach and Resorts World or hop on the monorail thats just next to hotel. Fantastic place to stay with a family with great pools. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately our room didnt present well, there was ripped paper off an item in the top of the complimentary items and a few looked like they had been handled quite a bit. There was an empty water bottle on the floor and few marks on bedside table, and bits on floor etc that made it feel a bit dirty. We did find that the marks on table didnt come off when we put a wipe to it but it just looked grubby. The rooms are very small and there really wasn't room for 2 suitcases to sit. The bathroom was a strange setup with coloured glass doors and again small - separate toilet and no handbasin there you had to come out to room and wash hands in sink there. Shower the water went everywhere as no curtain. It is a great hotel and I would recommend for families, we wouldn't stay here again though. It is probably the best priced hotel on Sentosa though.
