This property was perfect for our beach vacation. The owner has considered every possible need one might have, and made sure they are accommodated for. You could literally show up with just a swimsuit and have everything you need. The attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. The property is so well kept and beautifully decorated to create a relaxing, beach vibe. Extremely clean, super easy access to the beach, dining, and easy to navigate. Sits in a very quiet, well maintained area. Will definitely be back!

Exceeded Expectations!
My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have come across the listing for Fernando Flats in a prime location on Singer Island. The property was purchased less than a year ago and has been tastefully renovated (inside and out) by Marie who was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to provide a best-in-class experience. The rooms are pristinely clean and resemble mini-apartments with a full working kitchen. The fantastic AC in combination with the dehumidifier makes all the difference when inside. Outside and on the grounds, there are so many conveniences that made our stay easy, cost-effective, and delightful including free bikes (which we used multiple times a day), beach gear from chairs to umbrellas (and sunscreen if you're running low), grill by the heated pool (we used both), free parking/room, and more. Thoughtful details can make a trip that much more special, and Fernando Flats raised the bar. Highest of recommendations - we will be back. Thank you again, Marie, for the fabulous stay!

First time in Palm Beach
The flat was comfortable and well stocked. Steps from the beach and a pool perfect for our littles. The owner was incredible, and after I shared some challenges we had the first night due to super exhausted kiddos (none of which were her fault nor get responsibility), she calmly and compassionately brought me extra supplies to make our stay even more comfy. Top tier customer service. Highly recommend.

Very quiet area of the island
A little bit sandy on the carpets, but to be expected on the beach. All else very clean. A comfortable flat. No central air, but a nice unit in the main area. Short walk to beach.

I can't say enough about how great this property is. It is fully equipped with even beach supplies. Plus it has a great pool, bicycles, and yard games. There was even coffee provided in the kitchenette! A all around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

What a great place! It was perfect for what we needed. Clean, updated, and all the amenities you would need. The beach was a quick walk and there were beach chairs to borrow. The pool was relaxing after a day out. Coffee provided in your room - what a treat! Definitely recommend!

I met the owner personally, she is a delightful woman of character and integrity. Values the relationship with those who lodge at her resort. Very quaint, quiet, peaceful, and extremely reasonable priced! Definitely a hidden treasure on Singer Island. I feel so fortunate I found her beautiful getaway “home away from home”!! Great stay
First time on Singer Island. Room was ready early and was given all the check in information via text from the owner. Very reasonable and the location was great. Walk to the beach or the inlet. Chairs and beach accessories are all included. Fully stocked kitchen and very tasteful decorated. Would recommend this to anyone who is staying on the island. It seems that customer service these days are a thing of the past. Not here!

Only got the chance to stay here one night. Great place to stay we loved it. Clean and very well kept. Room had everything you could need with plenty of space. Linens were fantastic, thick soft towels. I called needing a couple of things and they were taken care of immediately ( pillows , blankets, blow up mattress that I didn’t ask for they wanted to make sure my son was comfortable and didn’t need to sleep on the couch ) Great area to walk around, steps to the beach and inlet. Great place! Will be back!
