We were there only for two nights. At the first night we didn’t get the room we had reserved.. they told us there’s nothing to do and accept the fact, the room was a DISASTER !! The second night we got the room that we reserved and it was a very good room.

Great hotel
Great hotel more like a resort than a hotel. The staff were very attentive & friendly. Breakfast was included in the price & was served overlooking the lak magnificent views.

Staff was outstanding,, room was clean and comfortable. Lots of variety for breakfast. Great location. Bikes available to use. Highly recommend. Our favorite place on our 2 week vacation in Italy.

Fabulous position
We stayed in a suite overlooking the lake and the view was exceptional. The bedroom although small was functional, the lounge had a comfortable sofa with T.V. and air conditioner. I would not recommend a room with out a view. There is easy access into the old town with shuttle bus running for 1 Euro 50 yards away. It's family run and they work very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful hotel by the lake!
We have just spent 3 days at the Belvedere Hotel. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and always helpful! They gave us excellent suggestions of things to do and see and even lent us their bikes! Breakfast was lovely with good choice and a beautiful view of the lake. Our room was very clean and tidy and had an amazing view too! Would definitely recommend!!

We loved it
Its clean, its nice, its good location, and staff were wonderful! The Restaurant next to the Hotel was great too so you dont have to walk far for a lovely meal. You can even rent your own boat for the day few meters away. We would love to go back one day!

Great hotel#11
Great hotel within walking distance of Sirmione, 25-30mins flat walk. Bus stops very regularly but we decided to walk. Colombare was only a 5-10min flat walk with shops, supermarket and bars/restaurants. Located in a small harbour where you can rent boats on the lake, paddle boards, pedalos and sun beds at a very decent prices. Great restaurants next door with a few to choose from. The ice cream shop behind the hotel was also great! Parking in the car park was easy, the hotel gave us a pass to put in the car. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the hotel owners couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. Large choice at breakfast for such a small hotel, something to suit everyone. The balcony room was great, aircon worked brilliantly. The bathroom was a bit small but that didn't bother us at all. The shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. Mini fridge in the room was great for keeping water cool. We arrived late and the owner had stayed up and waited for us. There is a few sets of steps up to the hotel and no lift, fine for us but wouldn't be suitable for all. Were both 25, we were the youngest staying but there was plenty to do for our age group.

Lovely hotel would stay again
We arrived at the hotel booking in was quick with no problems we were given welcome drinks,the staff were friendly and very helpful.the room was comfortable and clean.there are some good restraints near by.we would most definitely stay there again

Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Parking wasn't an issue for our rental car. The hotel is nice and charming. We had a great view of the lake from our room! The bathroom was very small and took a bit to get used to. The location was good and within walking distance of the bus station. Overall, it was a good stay.

A small & friendly hotel in a great location. Staff very attentive and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. A drink on arrival was sipped on the terrace to help us appreciate the awesome view in front of us. Recommended for couples & families.

Superb location and delightful stay but small room
Most welcoming, obliging couple in family run hotel who helped with suggestions for touring,road directions and worked diligently with delightful breakfast with flower/love plates and variety on offer. Great to have free use of bikes for one day tour. However room small and bathroom very small..OK for 2 days but not longer. Also AC struggled in hot afternoon sun and problem with dripping that was to be fixed soon. Overall delightful for short stay.

Beautiful view room of Lake Garda. Large and attractive w balcony. (Avoid Non view room as it is small.) Hotel is not in walled city part of Sirmione which we didn't know. Nice beach out front and several restaurants. Good breakfast. Helpful owners. Bicycles for free usage which is a plus.

First Class in Sirmione
We arrived on a hot afternoon and were greeted with a nice refreshing drink.Our cases were taken up to our room for us and from that point onwards everything was perfect. Although the hotel did not provide evening meals there were two restaurants in the immediate area. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the coffee was excellent (as you would expect in Italy). The owners were just about the nicest people you could wish to meet and nothing was too much trouble for them. We still have parts of the lake to explore and will stay in the same hotel when we do so.

Great Hosts and Lovely Hotel
We had room 9 which had a lovely balcony that overlooked Lake Garda. The setting for the hotel is beautiful as Sergio and his Wife also have the large raised front garden area with comfy relaxing chairs and an area that you can also have breakfast at. There was so much choice at Breakfast and Ladies be prepared for a treat when you receive you cappuccino! We would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to everyone. You can't go wrong with Sergio and The Belvedere.

A beautiful way to star the day.
A family run B&B. This is our first satay at a B&B in Italy and we really enjoyed it! Sergio and Cristina, a husband and wife team did a superb job running this beautiful small hotel Everything works in this place, the shower, air-con and so on. Breakfast is truly one of a kind. Sergio serves best coffee with fresh flowers decorations every morning. And ladies guests were all charmed by his morning drink presentations! It was truly a wonderful way to start the day! All in all, we love this hotel and will come back in future visit to the Lakes area.

Charming lakeside hotel in Sirmione
My nine day stay couldn't have been lovelier. The proprietors, Sergio and Cristina, were welcoming and helpful. The sunny breakfast room had big windows with a lakeside view, and morning cappuccino was served with an artistic flare! Location was great, next door to several excellent restaurants. The Centro Storico is a 15-20 minute walk, or a complimentary bike will get you there in just a few. Parking is available in front of hotel if you have a car. I had a cozy single room that looked over charming tiled rooftops, but double lake view rooms also available. For first time travelers to Lake Garda (or return visitors), this is a great way to start!
