One of the unique features of this home is the location. The Glaze Meadow Recreation Center is within walking distance and has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, bike rental, sports shop, and other amenities. The Ranch bike path is conveniently accessible immediately to the rear of the home. The bike path is about 23 miles in total, weaving through the Ranch.
Note: The Ranch used to collect a daily use fee when you arrived at the welcome center. Going forward a resort fee is assessed as percentage of the rent amount. This has been included with the county transient tax in the 'taxes' amount shown when making a reservation.
