Good hotel for first time visit to Copenhagen. Easy access to the city centre and Fields is a good spot to get forgotten bits and pieces (reasonably priced).

We arrived around 11 pm, and the hotel was quiet. Upon entering our room, we noticed a slight cigarette smell. Overall, the hotel is average. We stayed just one night before our cruise departure. It appears the hotel rents rooms to the general public, as we saw people having breakfast before heading to work or taking their kids to school.

The lobby for this building with multiple hotels is nice. And the guy that greeted us at reception was nice but after that we had issues with the hotel. We booked a room for 3 adults with an extra bed and the “extra bed” they gave us was a crib. We called to get it switched out and the lady that brought up the regular sized bed was in security and seemed thoroughly bothered to have brought the bed up. And when she was leaving was hasty about having to take out the crib so we had space to set up the bed. Later I had gone downstairs to get food I had ordered from a delivery service (nothing in the hotel was open as it was late), and the same security woman was bothered with my presence in the lobby. She was rude to both my sister and I saying it was too late to be doing all that and that everything was closed. After I got my food we noticed our tv wasn’t working. We called to inquire about it and they said “they would look at it after we checked out.” Overall it didn’t really seem like they cared about the comfort of their guests. We had spent two weeks in Europe leading up to this and stayed at a couple different 2 star hotels that were budget friendly. This was our last night before a long plane ride so I paid I a little more to stay in this 4 star hotel. It was just disappointing that it seemed the lower star and cheaper hotels cared more for their guests than this place. Not something I would recommend to anyone staying in the Copenhagen area.

Nice hotel
I got there super early and I was offered to check in early as they had an empty room. I decided to pay for breakfast and it was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to stay close to the airport and it was easy to take the train and find my hotel. If one has the time there is shopping mall next door but I did not get to check it out. Very nice customer service.

Convenient location for the airport and good sized rooms. Staff not especially friendly at check in but restaurant staff was great. Our room had one window treatment missing and the shower was a little dirty but overall a decent stay.

The perfect post cruise stay
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Executive lounge open 24/7 which is unusual but welcome. Wines and tapas served 5 to 7. Maya in the lounge is lovely.
