This was one of the best Hotels I have been at. Close to everything. The fact that it is made of wood just adds to the enjoyment of the hotel. An odd thing to notice is the breathing chandelier. The one thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of a business office. I needed to print out a couple pages and there was not business office. I emailed a PDF and a unique link and the front desk told me that PDF and the link both had errors.

Modern hotel in the city centre, no parking.
Enjoyed the hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. We booked the hotel as it was advertised with having parking spots. It's listed on both Hotels.com and their own website, yet still they don't have one. The only option is a public parking nearby where I don't like parking my new car. A huge disappointment.

Get rid of the plastic trees.
A fabulous building with some very impressive features. I particularly enjoyed the check-in counter featuring a big, sliced log. Breakfast was excellent, both choice and quality. There was one disappointment. Why does a hotel with a USP all about being built of wood have fake, plastic trees scattered around? Please, please get rid of the plastic trees.

Helt fantastiskt hotell! Oerhört fin inredning i skandinavisk stil med norrländsk touch. Trodde det skulle kännas lite ”kallt” med ett hotell helt i trä men jag kunde inte ha mer fel, så fantastiskt mysigt! Personal i världsklass och frukosten var värd varenda krona, bland de bästa frukostar jag någonsin ätit (Grand Hôtel i Stockholm inräknat) Enda nackdelen är att det ligger så långt upp i landet :) Är ni i närheten av Skellefteå får ni skylla er själva om ni inte stannar här!

Fint hotell bra beläget mitt i centrum med nära till allt. Snyggt och välplanerat rum med fin utsikt över staden. Tyvärr var det kvar matrester i kylen från tidigare gäst och 2 av 3 artiklar i duschen var slut. Tycker man kunde förvänta sig mer för det ganska höga priset. Dyrt för boende att lösa in sig på spa. Frukosten var dock fantastiskt med många unika detaljer, det enda som fattades var leverpastej…
