IF YOU WANT A CHEAP-ish CENTRAL HOTEL, STAY HERE! We chose this hotel due to its central location to public transit and the complimentary breakfast, and can confirm that I would stay here again just for those things! You’re in the heart of the city, right next to city hall, and within walking and easy transit distance to almost anything you could want. The complimentary breakfast is comprehensive and was truly my highlight. Additionally, the staff are super nice and knowledgeable of what to do in the city. Shoutout to Tiffany at the front desk, she helped make our stay infinitely enjoyable. The hotel itself is a bit dated but that’s expected with a hotel. However, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and it’s a safe and comfortable resting place if you’re anticipating Doing Lots of City Things during your stay, you cannot beat the location. I wish this was the review I had when planning my trip. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I will never stay here again. One staff member was very rude when I was visiting with my special needs daughter. Instead of providing support and understanding, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s essential for hotels to create a positive environment for all guests, especially those with special needs. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. I cannot recommend this hotel.
