Room not ready
When we went to check in at 3:20, our room wasn’t ready. The front desk attendant said the hotel was full and a substitute room also wasn’t available. The attendant was very nice and apologetic, but we couldn’t check in. We ended up leaving and returning 5 hours later to check in. The second attendant was polite and friendly. I think one of them should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience. The room was nice. The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Altogether, this was a fine place to stay, but I think something should have been offered to us.

Parking of U-Haul for sons move made this site very convenient. Direct entrance and exit to highway made this location perfect. Breakfast was a huge plus. Suite made our stay so much more comfortable and fit all our guests.
