Nice staff but poo food.
The family room was very small, not much space.Nice beds.Unfortunatly the pool was not functioneing, nice with pingpong. But the dinner was a really dissapointmet. Before it has been high class, but now it was delayed, called and nothing special, not funny. Distroyed our geneerlet picture.

Sköna sängar, väldigt god frukost och trevlig personal. Det enda jag saknade var en vettig läslampa vid sängen, de hade nog fått stå tillbaka för jättestora bordslampor för en mer "lyxig" look, dock rätt kassa om man behövde ligga och läsa kurslitteratur.

Fint boende, bra utbud på frukost men alldeles för lite påfyllt då flera saker saknades och bröd som låg framme vart torrt och gammalt. Dåligt med service under frukosten då det inte fylldes på eller tog väldigt långt tid trots att personalen uppmärksammades om detta.

Kan rekommenderas
Ligger mycket vackert på Billingens topp. Räcker det inte med naturupplevelsen så finns spännande aktiviteter i närområdet. Vi roade oss med höghöjdsbanan. Trots hotellets storlek och många gäster fick vi ett professionellt och personligt bemötande av personalen. Menyn var inte omfattande men täckte in våra smakinriktningar och maten var mycket god.
