Nice staff but poo food.
The family room was very small, not much space.Nice beds.Unfortunatly the pool was not functioneing, nice with pingpong. But the dinner was a really dissapointmet. Before it has been high class, but now it was delayed, called and nothing special, not funny. Distroyed our geneerlet picture.

Jättenöjd med boendet och alla aktivitetsmöjigheter Inomhus (Shuffleboard, bordtennis, fotbollsspel, sällskapsspel, gym mm). Inte nöjd med följande: - I familjerummet saknades sänglampor vid dubbelsängen. Trots påpekande åtgärdades det inte under vår vistelse (3 nätter) - fanns inte varm oboychoklad på frukost. Fick be personal fixa det varje gång. Många barn vistas där och dricker inte kaffe/the - fanns endast vanligt kaffe. Saknade cappuccino och andra kaffealternativ.

Hotell i världsklass med sina skavanker
Hotellet är helt fantastiskt men det faller lite hos personalen. Kändes lite som att man var mindre välkommen för att jag var där ensam och med jobbet. Ska understrykas att det inte var all personal men det räcker att några får en att kännas lite ovälkommen. Dessutom gav de sig själva dricka (600 kr) för två dagar. Fick tillbaka pengarna men tyckte det var konstigt att bara lägga till det på notan
