Don't miss the nearby hiking trails and breathtaking falls at Fall Creek Falls State Park and Burgess Falls. The Appalachian Center for Crafts is a great spot for amazing art finds and there are also hiking trails around the center which overlooks Center Hill Lake. There is fine dining at Ace's Seafood Steak & Italian Restaurant and other coffee and sandwich shops. Catch some music and other entertainment at the Harvester or the Burlap Room Beer Garden and Live Music.

We had a great stay in Smithville. The unit looks modern and the bed was really comfortable! A few things potential renters may want to know: 1. The bathroom door doesn't latch (I've let the owner know). 2. The unit shares a wall with another unit. 3. If you're wanting to visit local shops, be sure to check their hours because some close early on Saturday and aren't open again until Tuesday. Aces Restaurant is amazing and within walking distance, but be sure to make a reservation.Valerie was accommodating and responsive to our questions! We would rent from her again!

Delightful Abode

This is our second stay at the fiddle. We found it every bit is delightful as the first time we were there! It's beautifully appointed, excellently located in the center of town & very comfortable! We look forward to opportunities to stay there again in the future!

My sister and I were in Smithville to visit our brother who has been ill. We ordered pizza at his place Thursday and Then he and my sister were up all night Sick. Why not me? Big mystery. We left without completing our stay but will Definitely be back and try to enjoy your lovely place!
