We loved our stay here!! We usually stay at Conrad or Ritz Carlton when we travel (bc we have kids and they make it easy) but we were really impressed with the service here despite such a lower price point. Highly recommended! Lovely spot. We had the rooftop pool and hot tub entirely to ourselves our entire stay!! Awesome!!

2024 Christmas Trip
Beautiful Hotel decked out with amazing decorations! Excellent taste, with Christmas music playing!! Food and bar were a must to visit, along with Bongo Coffee shop!!! Great shopping inside the hotel and The Country Music Hall of Fame is just down the Hall! Our bed was made and room cleaned to perfection each day!! We were right in the middle of food, fun, and shows!! We walked to Broadway and The Historic Ryman. We stayed six glorious nights here, and would return again! Thank you Omni for the stuffed stocking on our door, filled with goodies Christmas morning! Our Christmas get away was everything and more!! M. Stanford/Texas

This was one of the best hotels in which our family has stayed. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything is clean. The gym was large with a great selection of equipment - several weight machines, stair stepper, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, and a Peloton. There is a heated outdoor pool, but we didn’t take advantage of it. The building is connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and also has a great little breakfast/coffee shop. Our Expedia membership got us $25 credit for onsite purchases, which we took full advantage of. We will definitely be back.
