Literally steps away from the community pool and the beach, you have easy access to both and can watch your kids play from any of your three oceanfront decks or from your own private hot tub. For guests with limited mobility, we have elevator access to the 1st floor living and sleeping areas. (Elevator only goes up to main level on the first floor)

The pool is a Villas By The Sea community pool maintained by the HOA. It is not a heated pool and is open April 1 - Oct 31. Pool hours are 10 am until dusk.
Hauling your gear to the first floor is easy using your private elevator. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a first floor bedroom (King) with adjoining bath for any guests with limited mobility, and a spacious great room and dining area that comfortably sits 10.
On the second floor, you'll find one room equipped with two twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, a master suite (King) with private bath and oceanfront deck, and a cheerful bedroom (Queen) with oceanfront deck. The queen and bunk rooms share a bathroom. All king and queen mattresses new summer 2024.
The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat (King) with an entire floor dedicated to you and yours, with ocean view and a full bath with walk-in shower and a private furnished deck.
WiFi internet access is available in this home. We have a high chair, pack n play, and LOTS of beach/pool toys!
Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the SeaView fishing pier, or the Splash By The Sea restaurant at Villa Capriani. Just down the street there is the town recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts, volleyball court and basketball courts.
North Shore Country Club, the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 5 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's “Best Places to Play” 2008-2009. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north). Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
There is a seven (7) night minimum for all stays.
• Maximum occupancy is 13 persons, including children, toddlers and infants.
• Minimum age limit for renters is 25. The primary renter must stay during the reservation.
• A signed rental agreement and valid government ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.
Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
