One bedroom condo sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 1 queen pullout couch) with the convenience of a first floor rental. **Must BRING additional linens if you plan to use queen pullout couch.**

Check into this beautiful, oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo and look at your beautiful Oceanview from your balcony. Enjoy watching the dolphins pass nearby (only about 100 ft away from you) on average they pass 2x a day!! Enjoy a drink and/or corn hole, volleyball, and ring/hook toss game at the conveniently located Tiki Bar! A short walk across the street.

Beach walks, shell picking, boogie boarding, build sand castles, and more Beach Fun is the best part of this beach location!!

Have a wonderful evening meal with a gorgeous Oceanview from the 7th floor at our nearest neighboring community, St. Regis. They have also opened up their poolside bar to guests and the public.

Boutique shopping, beach store shopping, restaurants, and beaches in Surf City is great way to spend the next morning.

Fishing at the nearby pier, river, boat ramp, and inlet!

There is beach erosion at Topsail Island due to Mother Nature. There are 8 private stairs and 1 public access (to left of parking lot) in this community that can be used to access the beach for renters and homeowners at Topsail Reef. Use good judgement on which access you use as the tide comes in and out at different times throughout the day and night.

Cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, and non-perishable staples are not guaranteed stocked items, but there may be some left in the condo. Feel free to use any of those items if you'd like to!
