Beautifully updated home on the bay and golf course with dock and raised deck!

Enjoy this updated cottage, complete with state of the art kitchen and beautiful views of Sodus Bay. (only 1 mile from the center of Sodus Point) The property has a big boat dock with enough room for 2-3 boats, stairs into the water and a huge deck on top of the boathouse with table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open up to another deck. There is also a cute brick patio in front of the house with gas fire pit and grill. The Sodus Bay golf course is right across the street! This home has four bedrooms..officially sleeps 8, but one of the bedrooms has two large closets that make great sleeping cubbies for kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking/eating including condiments, spices and paper products. There is also a washer/dryer in the utility room (right next to the kitchen)- Let us know if you need more room… and you can rent the cottage next door too! Parking for 3-5 cars. Please, no pets.
