This hotel is new but the quality of facility is built with cheap as possible. You will spend more time waiting for elevator ( horrible). Seriously lack of manpower to make up your room, stayed four nights and they only cleaned room once. Overrated and priced. Look for another hotel.

Newer hotel, clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to various tourist sites. Bus stop is close to the hotel. The only concern we had was that the elevators took so long to get to our floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Great stay!
The room was clean with a beautiful view. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. The wait for the elevators during busy times could be very annoying. During check out we waited for 20 minutes and then decided to ride the elevator up to already be in the elevator to go down to the lobby. The lobby on the 6th floor was very nice and spacious. I was traveling with two kids and the play room was very helpful. It says there is a cafeteria and restaurant and there were neither as far as I ever saw. There was a coffee shop, but that was it.

The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view.

Convenient location, very clean and spacious. Only 2 elevators are used per floor taking forever and almost always full. Parking lot gets chaotic on weekends.

We experienced two incidents of blackout at night. Their staff unable to give us why those incidents happened. We did not feel safe. Also, we felt unsure if it is worthy for staying here as the way they communicate between their staff and to their customers was not professional, way below par. Don’t be deceived by their newly built property. Their quality of service needs to be addressed seriously.

객실 상태 비교적 평범했으며 파노라마뷰는 정말 좋았지만 엘리베이터 운영이 너무 불편해서 두번 방문할지는 모르겠습니다. 저는 이른 시간 체크인하여 주차에 불편함이 없었지만 체크아웃 할때 보니 이중주차에 통로까지 불법 주차되어 매우 불편했습니다. 객실외에는 흡사 난장판 같은 느낌이네요.

그닥...
레지던스형태인지 아님 오피스텔 형태인지 다소 중간적인 부분의 형태였으며 주차는 공간이 좁고 적으면 엘리베이터는 전층을 다 운행하여 한참 기다려야되고 주변에 다른 숙박시설이 없어 사용해야 하는 경우 아니면 피하고 싶습니다 친구가 그곳에 정했다고해서 함께 하려고 했는데...정말 별로였어요 그와중에 홈쇼핑에서 판매한 상품이 많아서 사람도 엄청 많았습니다.,..체크인 대기번호표를 뽑아 기다린곳은 처음이였습니다.,.

엘리베이터가 짜증나는 호텔
주차도 불편하고, 엘리베이터가 너무 작아서 로비까지 올라가는 데 20분이나 걸렸음 엘리베이터에 탄 다른 고객들도 다 불만이었음, 건물은 크고 깨끗하지만 주차랑 엘리베이터가 불편해서 다시 가고 싶지는 않음
