Not a wonderful experience but not horrible. This was NOT a waterfront cabin, more like a modular home built on a dirt road. Zero amenities. No waterfront except a puddle on the dirt road. Unfinished trim. Cheaply done. Construction debris all over outside. Beds not even on frames, just old pallets. Most pictures on hotels.com are not of actual property. Great vision for the future but very misrepresented at current condition.

Suited my need for a place to stay. I didn’t use it to its full potential since i didn’t do any cooking and I only occupied the cabin for about 12 hours total. I have nothing negative to say about it and would stay again.

Perfect for a Family
Loved our stay here. We have a family of five and finding enough beds can be a challenge. We stayed in cabin 1 which had one queen, one twin plus a trundle bed and a sofa sleeper. The full kitchen and laundry were helpful while we were in Alaska for 10 days. It was cute, clean and a great place to stay with a family.

The place was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room . We cooked and also use the grill . Had everything we needed. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit in the evening with our coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. The pictures on the website aren't anything like the cabin we stayed in. Still very nice, just different than we were expecting. We had a room with a single day bed in one of the bedrooms, not a full sized bed. Quiet, nice location.

This little cabin had everything we needed. Our only little snafu was that the wifi wouldn't work, but we're thinking it was because of the rain. If it didn't rain the whole time, we would have taken advantage of the creek and the fire pit but we were totally content staying inside when we weren't out and about.

Bella Estates is, by far, one of THE NICEST places we stayed. It's off the beaten path, yet still close to town and fishing. The units had everything a traveling family would need, even a washer and dryer. We were very, very pleased with the accomodations and highly recommend Bella Estates.

We were only there for about 6 hours, but our after hours arrival and checkout were very easy! Brand new cabins with super comfy beds and everything you could want. Definitely want to come back and spend an evening around the fire pit and relax. Thank you!

It has amazing amenities for the price. Be ready to clean your own room, including bedding. It will not be washed between visitors but they have a washer and dryer in the bathroom. We arrived late and didn’t know this was required of us and were really disappointed to find pet hair, dirt and crumbs all over the sheets. We let the property manager know via text and he didn’t respond til morning, which was fine but when I sent a photo he said nothing.
