you love horses and dogs? Then this is the right place. Tiny, cozy Bunkhouse, directly attached to the barn about 1 mile of the town center. You can bring your horse (stalls available) and of course your pets. 1,1/2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), fully equipped kitchen, little patio and a pool at the main house. Lost to do and lots to see and great dining options in Sonoita and surrounding area. Wine tasting at our many vineyards, natural World Wonder Karchner Caves, legendary Tombstone, unique Bisbee, birding, fishing, hiking - just to name some. Stargazing at our clear nights is simply awesome. For horse people, we have two full-size Dressage arenas, stalls with pens, turnout and lessons available.

Excellent place to stay
The property is on a beautiful ranch about a mile from Sonoita town center. Easy access, our dogs were welcomed and it’s a very quiet place. We loved it.

Charmer in Sonoita
This was a delightful rental to visit. The owner was kind and helpful when contacted. The place was charming and we enjoyed the outside patio area as well. There was even a basket of snack to enjoy.

My only regret is not booking an extra night. Upon arrival we saw there was some nice outdoor seating and a grill which we didn’t get to enjoy due to our time constraints. The property had everything you could need and was very clean. We loved it and would highly recommend.

My friend and I were looking to enjoy a few days in the Sonoita area and visit some of the beautiful and/or interesting spots that can be found there. We are both senior ladies and feeling safe was important to us. I am so glad we found this property. It is absolutely the best, Clean, comfortable, and peaceful are just a few words that come to mind. Scarlett is most gracious and very helpful. If I could think of a word that means it was better than exceptional I would use it. I also appreciated that this host is very animal friendly. This find was definitely a "nugget".

Absolutely beautiful and quiet location. Scarlett made sure to have every convenience available and stocked for guests in the bunkhouse. Very cozy and quaint. The resident dog pack was INCREDIBLY well behaved and calm with our smaller rescue dog who shows fear(our other mutt fit right in, and really enjoyed being a part of the pack!). It was the perfect little overnight accomodation for our birding getaway. Scarlett, herself, couldnt be nicer and just a really neat woman, in general!

Hidden Gem
Our stay at the bunkhouse was wonderful. A quaint and quiet place to stay off the beaten path. Guy and Scarlett are great and are wonderful hosts. Scarlett has a plethora of information about the area and is just a joy to talk to. The bunkhouse was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It even has loads of DVDs to choose from if you choose to watch a movie after your day of exploring the area. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area. A+!

Loved the Bunkhouse
I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The property is beautiful with rolling hills and great views of the mountains all around. Loved visiting the horses and really enjoyed the daily morning greetings from Scarlett and Guy's adorable doggies. Speaking of Scarlett and Guy, they are terrific hosts, always available with any questions we had, great tips on the area and enjoyed chatting with them. The bunkhouse is very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and stocked, and the beds were so comfy too. My husband and I just loved staying here and if we come back, we'd stay here again. Cute Quaint Bunkhouse
If you are dog & horse lovers this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending time at the barn & invited the dogs in as we were missing our own dogs so got our fix. It’s well stocked. Scarlett & Guy are great hosts & we enjoyed spending time chatting with them about their lives & dressage events.
